Initiate Your Request
Log into your Superkicks account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer shipping container.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
